MacKenzie-Childs Blank MacLachlan Luncheon Porcelain

MacKenzie-Childs Vintage Retired Porcelain blank luncheon plate from MacLachlan series pre-2001

This beautiful rectangular luncheon plate, 10 1/2" x 7 1/4"is just a piece of history from the MacKenzie-Childs era when Victoria and Richard MacKenzie-Childs owned and designed at the factory in Aurora up until 2001.  Currently, this shape is not in production and has been retired for some time, so this piece is very collectible.  Even though the plate is not painted with the MacLachlan pattern, it's shape and braided edge detail complement the MacLachlan line and can be used right along side the series, or it stands beautifully on it's own.

The blanks were made off sight at an Ohio factory of porcelain china where the decals were applied.  They were shipped back to the factory in Aurora where the edges and gold accents were hand-painted and shipped out to customers.  I currently have only 2 of these plates that have been packed away and I'm selling them individually.  (currently, MacLachlan pieces selling by M-C are $210.00 per plate and they are NOT this shape and not porcelain)

There is no logo stamp on the bottom, since this was the blank plate prior to the decoration.  The surface is shiny like China, and perfectly good for dishwasher and microwave use.

A true memento of history to display or use, keep or give as a gift.

ALL of my M-C in my online store,  unless stated otherwise, were hand-painted and made from the period when Victoria and Richard were owners and worked at the factory.

Thank you for looking!
