Cameo pin of young girl set in sterling silver with yellow gold. This beautiful vintage cameo in set in an oval bezel of sterling silver and I believe 10 or 12kt yellow gold patterned rim. There is no marking for the gold, but it is stamped “925” on the back of the bezel. This pin also has an option to be a pendant with a loop that hangs down behind the pin out of site if worn as a pin/brooch. When held up to a light, the light shines through the amber colored background.. The carving is o side view of a young girl that looks like may have a ribbon on the back of her ponytail…not sure. Measures 1 1/2” long x almost 1 1/4” wide x about 1/4” high. Weighs 10.8 gr. This is a vintage piece worn maybe once. Nice pre-owned condition.
