The work you will find as diverse and unique….an eclectic mix of materials, textures and patterns. This handmade purse was made from upholstery store sample fabric swatches. The purse was made from a store pattern. Five different fabrics used on this item. I call it the ”Peak” purse for the “peaks” climbing up the front of the purse. It also reminds me of a dinosaur’s back. The triangular pieces on the front and back act as pockets to slide in glasses or a paperback.
Purse measures 13” wide by 23 “ high. There is an inside pocket 6 1/2” x 5 “ The singe strap measures 14” and is 4” at the base narrowing up to 2” at the top. The bag is lined.
Fabrics: Cotton/poly blend, rayon From a non-smoking home. Each piece is handmade and any little imperfections, I feel is all part of the “hand” in the process.
